This set of rules will allow for you to become a better bro. This set of rules if forever changing, but once a rule is set it cannot be removed (The higher the number of the rule, the newer it is).

Rule #12 Suiting Up
If a bro tells another bro to suit up, that bro must suit up without hesitation. Bro's may not where same colored ties and suits must be 100% complete. The only exception for 100% complete is if it is a birthday or barmitsfa.
