Rule #21 Chugging

A bro must never chug any drink unless in a drinking contest or if he has been challenged. I f a bro is to spill a drink on himself while chugging he must go home and change into footy pijama's and return to the location where the chugging had occurred, said bro must then remain at said location for the rest of the day/night.
