This set of rules will allow for you to become a better bro. This set of rules if forever changing, but once a rule is set it cannot be removed (The higher the number of the rule, the newer it is).

Rule #24 Crying
A bro is to never ever cry in public, unless someone hurts said bro's feelings or there is a tragedy. Another exception would be if he gets punched in the face while feeding a duck in the courtyard of a public library.
